Returns at a Glance
- Return requests can be made within 30 calendar days of delivery.
- Items can be returned even if they have been opened or tried on.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
U.S. Returns
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To request a return, please email Support@Pike-Fit.com with your order information. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the return is received and inspected.
International Orders
International returns follow the same requirements and timeframe as U.S. orders unless otherwise stated at checkout. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Received the Wrong Item?
If your order arrived incorrectly, please contact Support@Pike-Fit.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, name, email, and photos of the item and packaging. We'll send the correct item.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to Support@Pike-Fit.com with your order number, name, email, and photos showing the issue and packaging. We'll work with you on a resolution.
