We know that plans can change, while we aim to ensure satisfaction with every order, we ask that customers review the return details below to understand when returns are eligible.
Returns at a Glance
- Return requests must be made within 15 business days of delivery
- efunds are available only for items that are unopened and unused
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
- Opened or used items are not eligible for return
A Quick Note:
PikeFit accepts returns only for products that are returned in their original, unopened condition. Once an item has been opened or used, it can no longer be returned. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to review product details carefully before ordering.
U.S. Returns:
- Return requests must be submitted within 15 business days of receiving your order
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
To request a return, please email Sales@pikefitinc.com with your order information.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the return is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
International Orders:
International returns follow the same eligibility requirements and timeframe as U.S. orders unless otherwise stated at checkout. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Received the Wrong Item?
If your order arrived incorrectly, please contact Sales@pikefitinc.com within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Name on the order
- Email used at checkout
- Photos of the item received and packaging
Once confirmed, we’ll take care of sending the correct item.
Damaged or Defective Products:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to Sales@pikefitinc.com with:
- Your order number
- Name and email on the order
- Photos clearly showing the issue and packaging
We’ll review the issue promptly and work with you on a resolution.
