Two sizes: S/M and M/L. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up. See the size guide on any product page.

Will they actually grip on a reformer?

Yes. High-density, pressure-mapped silicone covers the full footbed and is designed for reformers, mats, and studio floors. It's the same grip stocked by 10+ brands.

How do I wash them?

We recommend machine washing cold and air drying to keep the grip at full strength wash after wash.
